Help with which level of activity to pick

Hi I'm new to MyFitnessPal I like the calorie counting I'm a little bit over weight watchers point counting just because counting calories it keeps you more in check but I'm trying to find out what my calorie needs are based off of my activity level I work out about 45to an hour a day and my steps on my I watch say about 17 to 18,000 which activity level would I be

    Chose sedentary. You'll still get credit for the extra calories you burn when you exercise.
