NalaBellyFIT, we are near the same situation. I'm rethinking when dry January is over how much to drink going forward. (Wine also a favorite) Feeling good 12 days in. Sleeping better, more energy. 👍 Remember waking up and feeling like you had about 15 minutes of sleep? Ya that sucked,not missing any of that.

Ha! I totally get where your coming from RunneeGirl!! I workout basically 6 days a week and eat well. I like thinking I deserve a bit of relax time. Especially this crappy year. But I have a small health issue and dry January is another 'try'.

Day 2 so sleepy. And it's Saturday! *kitten*. I can see neighbors next door from my kitchen. That means sports in the garage tv and beers and the usual chiding about not having 'just one'. Any advice will be noted! Maybe I will say I have Covid?
