  • Doing my first "Mud, Sweat & Tears" this August, which I heard is a lot like Tough Mudder. Super excited, have a great team. Find people to do it with you who won't leave you laying under a fence getting electrocuted ;)
  • Look up fitness blender. They have some great workouts on their website! It's my go to when I need a shake up to my regular routine. Or if you need a 30 day kick in the butt search up the catching fire routine by bodyrock. Holy moly it definitely works you hard for a HIIT workout!
  • Love my fitbit!!! It's helped me a lot, that vibrate when I hit 10,000 steps is always a welcomed feeling :)
  • 5'6" and 140. I need to get my eating under control before summer hits! More activity and better foods are my two biggest needs. I'm interested in a challenge as well :)
