maybe a bulletproof coffee? I find adding coconut oil and heavy cream to a coffee keeps me full. You can also add butter.

Im in Australia and i found a normal strength low carb beer (2g carbs per bottle) its called pure blond - it has made celebrations much more fun :) also discovered a 0 carb wine but im not remembering the name atm

I wish i could get my family to switch over, hubby lasted 5 days low carb and kids wont even consider it, although the meals i cook for them could be classed as low carb (not keto) I cant control what goes into their mouths outside the house :( Id love it if they got on board

my weight will bounce around for a week then i will have a proper drop - if you are not hungry on what you are eating it looks fine to me - just keep at it :)

after 4 weeks i bet if you "cheat" you find that what you craved is not as nice as it was in your imagination :) sometimes i think its worth doing now and then to remind yourself just how awesome you feel on keto - and that the cheats are just not worth it. :)

I eat no less vegies than before low carb (i pretty much spend all my carbs on salad and veg) I feel it has more to do with the processed carbs causing gas as i very rarely expel gas any more at all and when i do its odorless - unless i have a cheat day and eat processed things, then im gassy for at least 48 hours :(

I ate low carb for 9 months and would often fantasize about and crave carby foods (without giving in) it was a bit of a mental struggle. After i went keto the cravings and all hunger between meals completely vanished. I just don't think about food at all any more :)
