I didn't go into huge detail in my post, but trust me, I know the difference between a lot of chocolate and a binge. This was a binge.

Goal today: 1 - Eat within calorie allowance 2 - hit 10k steps 3 - make time to do work out (no matter how smell) after baby gone to sleep 4 - Do 1 thing on my to-do list to make me feel happy to achieve
