5'2 with 40 pounds to lose! So far i've lost 11pounds of a quarter there!!!!!

I used to drink a couple of glasses every night, but since i started this weight loss journey, I've cut back to just drinking one or 2 nights a week and only 2-3 glasses. Which i fit into my daily calorie allowance, or if i go over i make sure to burn the extra calories the next day in exercise so i don't feel guilty

I started at the beginning of November with a 20 pound challenge for the end of December. I'm down 9 pounds now so on track. I'm in for the next month. Been watching my calories and jogging most days. Seems to be working so far!!!
