  • So I had breakfast about 5 hours ago. It was a peanut butter sandwich, a mini muffin, herbal tea, and a coffee. I ate it over the course of an hour. It was 570 calories... 16g of fat, 11g of protein. Holy smokes, and 51g of carbs! :'(
