  • I'm approaching a year of consistently lifting and wish I had those results. Great job!
  • I've never been a big eater in spite of my 6'6" frame. Adding liquid calories to meals makes it much easier for me to maintain weight and build muscle. I mentioned this in another thread, but I use myprotein's instant oats to add complex carbs to my protein shakes. It's almost an extra 400 calories and not too expensive.
  • Good luck to you! It's been very helpful in getting me back on track with my mass building journey
  • Nice job! I'm on the muscle building/ weight gain train myself. Goal is 200 lbs by May (190ish now, around 7% bf)
  • I struggle to get the calories I need through eating too, so I supplement with liquid calories...I use a serving of myprotein's instant oats, a scoop of protein powder and 2 cups low-fat milk. It's an easy way to add around 700 calories to your diet.
  • Hey Arlander, sounds like we're in a similar training situation. I took about five years off of training and lost all the muscle (and fat) I had worked hard to build. What I'm doing differently this time is that I now know the importance of macros and caloric intake. When I bulked previously I did so by eating too much…
