I like to eat before I go to bed too. Most times I can substitute with tea or water, but if I really want food I go for an apple + peanut butter or yogurt.

I just eat out once a week as a "cheat meal," not a for a whole day. Even then I don't go all out, just enough to keep me sane. Candy is another story... :p

Chocolate candy/cookies. The holidays are tough for me because the candies have those festive little wrappers and shapes.

I drink mostly water & tea. Coffee in the morning, but I like to take breaks from that. Sometimes I'll buy bottled juice just to try something different. Over time you don't really miss soda n' stuff and I'll feel pretty gross if I finish a can... I don't drink alcohol often so when I do I'll try anything I don't care…

Snack ideas I'm loving with now: *peanuts + dried cranberries are pretty good. *granola + blueberries tastes like a nutrigrain bar. *peanuts + m&ms is like a mini trail mix and beats chocolate cravings. I just put some in a jar and eat between meals. If you wanna be fancy get some nice dark chocolate for your trail mix.
