You've got this! I've lost 120lb in right at a year. Smaller goals definitely make that mountain easier to climb. And remember, the only thing that can keep you from your goal is if you choose to quit—a bad day is nothing but a speed bump. Good luck!

You've likely lost weight since the last time you updated your goals. In order to continue losing at the same pace you need to take in fewer calories and your daily goals will have been automatically changed to reflect this. If you were losing weight at the previous allocation you can always manually change the calorie…

I enjoy PB2, though it's obviously not the same as regular peanut butter. One of my favorite snacks is diced apples tossed with some PB2. I also like to add a bit of water and use it as a topping for waffles (with a few Lily's dark chocolate chips because why not?).
