I have over 150lbs to lose...I'm down 22 so far. I can always use more female friends for motivation and support. I'll send you a request.

Real motivation comes from within. Take the time to soul search and really grasp onto the reasons you want to make the change. to solidify them in your mind as you take control of it.
Friends can help give you a bump now and then, but what you really need is determination.2 -

Kind of late to the party, but you can definitely friend me. I seem to be "starting over" a lot... so anyone who can email me to remind me to stay on the horse is a friend indeed! Ideally I should lose 100 pound exactly to be at what's considered the appropriate weight for my age/height... but I'm going to be happy with 60-70. Baby steps, right? .1
