I'm 5ft 8, large as Apple shape. I need lose about 6st and ideal weight is 9st to 11st for my height.. depend on how I look good or too much thin either when I lose 6st or so ... wait n see :)

It's so good loss in 12 months! You should be proud of yourself! Hate this happen lol. If i success lose 14 pounds or more then I will have a light exercise. Good for you! Well done! Keep going :)

It amazing loss! Well done! Mine 1,300 calories a day and sometime in the end I would save less than 30 calories under or almost equal eother. I'll find out my first week weight in tomorrow morning :)

I drank water about over 3litres a day and my pee become almost like water then I know it would be enough. I'm trip to loo almost all day

I just started mine yesterday. I just have to be patience with my weight loss and I have choice 2lbs loss a week so wait and see till my first months to see if it was good loss in a month As long as I'm sensible with health etc foods and the food i like too with smaller protien.

Hi :) Interesting, everyone is different! I hate feel hungry or staving! I will trying to keep my calories on level and more eating protien and vegetables and some naughty treat often too! Sound flexible diets! :) How much you have lost in first week and a months?

Unlimited carbs and some fruits. They not working for me well. It's high sugar and carb in these and I can't eat carb all the time to lose weight. Am not sure how it working like that?!... Good, keep going and how much you have lost in first time from MFP?

Am not sure if your calories is too low for your height/weight and im sure it should be more than 1200 but i could i was wrong about it and which one you trying to target loss 1lb or 2lb a week?
