Set out your gym clothes the night before and pack your bag if you plan on showering there. Makes it so much easier to roll out the door

I agree with Fit4Sure. Benefits to both programs. I enjoy Connect (the WW community), the fact that it basically requires you to eat fruits/veggies, and I had a fair amount of success with the program. I find WW simpler. I like MFP because of the more detailed stats and its free. I think changing it up can help with…

I have already bought my dress foe next year. It's aline and I carry most of my weight in my hips so thinking it will be forgiving if I lose weight but also prepared to pay for alterations to have it look right
