On the go meals

Hi everyone! I am looking for some advice on planning my meals while at work. I am a home care nurse so I'm on the road a ton. I work m-f 8-5 and have little time to pop into a grocery store or something and grab a salad. Not to mention, eating a salad while driving is nearly impossible as well as dangerous. I'm looking for others who have a similar job to find out how others eat healthy while on the go with very little time on their hands. I often don't eat for 5 or 6 hours and am starving so I'll stop and get fast food because let's be honest.. it's food and it's fast! I'm so sick of eating like crap. Let me know if you have some advice for me! :) thank you!

I have a similar job driving from school to school. Totally agree that eating salad on the road is not healthy and you end up with lettuce stuck to your pants. Bananas, snap peas, baby carrots, and babybel cheese are my go to snacks that are easy to eat on the go. Wraps can sometimes also be a decent option (healthier than fast food). I know most of that isn't overly filling.
