Hey there, I have personally added 25+ pounds of mass (mostly muscle from what I can tell) by improving my nutrition and pairing it with CrossFit and Olympic lifting/strength training workouts. I'd be more than happy to share how I did this if you'd like.

The biggest piece of advice I can give is to get an idea of what your base macronutrient profile needs to look like then start eating most of your carbohydrates around your workouts. This will help with improved recovery and lean muscle growth which in turn burns unwanted fat.
