  • Daily post Tuesday Tracked: Yes Calories: slightly under Exercise: Yes, short morning walk Today was ok, day 2 of my cleanse. I did ok, cheated slightly, I had spicy mayo with dinner which I shouldn’t have but it wasn’t too bad. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll do better. Happy counting team! 🙂

  • Daily Post: Thursday Track: Yes Calories: slightly under Exercise: yes (short walk) Today was a pretty good day. I stayed within my calories and I walked even though I only wanted to rest today. I’m happy with my progress 🙂

This was actually a relief for me because after the week I had I was sure I had gained!!! I didn’t :-) so I’m happy! Have a great week everyone!
