I use the Fitbit blaze, overall it stays pretty accurate during all fitness activities within 10 on calories and a few beats on HR. Don't know about Apple Watch!

Under Apps and Devices
-
You can do it from the settings menu on MFP.

Sautéed sweet potatoes with sunny side up eggs on top!

Homemade would be you cooking and calculating the meal yourself. I use it in the recipe section and just weigh all my items used to get the caloric amount.

I use the Fitbit Blaze and I'm obsessed. Calories are pretty accurate compared to treadmill/elliptical/running, however when you add resistance to elliptical it starts to steer away. Also, HR is pretty accurate comparatively to machine. Overall, I love it.

How many calories are you consuming daily? Have you seen any weight loss?

I would check your macros and maybe toy with those a bit to see if that causes a change. Measurements I believe are important to keep track of. Also, if you can measure body fat using calipers (I know it's not super accurate, but at least give you a rough idea).
-
I do so frozen, most nutritional labels will state what it's measuring.

I usually go for a brown rice cake, Tbsp of peanut butter, and a tsp of honey :)

I wouldn't let him justify how you feel. If you want to work on being a better you then you do that. My boyfriend will occasionally tell me he likes me "softer" but my goal is to be fit and strong. I understand his opinion but the only person you really need to be happy with is yourself.

I like the atmosphere of being at the gym and it's great way to meet other people. I feel more motivated and accountable when I know people are going to be asking me why I wasn't there. Haha. It depends on how social you are and what works best for you. My gym is like 10 minutes from my home so there's no reason I can't…

I use Orgain Organic Protein, I prefer this because it's plant based. Be careful with whey, I mean if you're concerned about GMOs (which I am) I would try to go plant based for all proteins. Also concerned with high concentrates of antibiotics that can be found in whey.

I personally love ACV. Use it in my tea, cured my boyfriend's acid reflux, great for your skin, and so much more!

Oh me! I love the motivation I receive from followers and love to assist others in their journey!
-
2 whole eggs, steel cut oats, and TWO tsp. of brown sugar because I like to live on the edge. Haha.

Yay for more friends!! I love the motivation the MFP community gives!

He actually suffers from PTSD so he's very weird about food, won't cook for himself... He also gets heartburn from virtually everything, so cooking is like trying to solve a puzzle with no solution. Haha. He's just not into healthy, so cooking your basic chicken, veggies, starch will not typically work in my case.

Yes, I eat pretty light during the day but my boyfriend is the type who eats barely anything all day then a huge dinner (followed by pie and/or ice cream). So for him, he needs a pretty high caloric meal, still portioned well with protein, carbs, fats, but by that time I'm trying to have one of my lighter meals which works…

I just got the Fitbit Blaze a couple weeks ago now and I'm obsessed with it! It seems fairly accurate compared to calories burned and heart rate during cardio activities (treadmill/elliptical). I love to track everything so it's great for me!

Cottage cheese is a great option. Gives you that casein protein that slowly gets released into your body, fueling as you sleep.

You might be over training and under eating. Depending on your weight, 1200 calories might be too little. You'll notice overtraining if your resting pulse is running high. I would take a break and refuel!

Looking for more friends on here! Pretty active! Stats are 25 y/o, 144 lbs, and looking to lose a little more/lean out. Big into lifting weights, running, hiking (depends on the season)! ☺️
