Fruit and nuts. I am a complete snacker, so lately I have been having smaller meals by splitting my sandwich for lunch in half and having half with carrots during lunch and the other half with more carrots a couple of hours later. This seems to be working for me for now. Then I have an herbal tea in the afternoon as well.0
