As long as you burn more calories than you eat you will lose weight. Whether you're nourished enough or not is different, as you can be malnourished at 300 pounds and you can be malnourished at 90 pounds. If you burn more than you eat. You will lose weight.

I like to go out to dinner with my boyfriend once a week (when I've been able to stay on track for the rest of the week). It let's me have something I've been craving, and I get to spend time with the person I love. I do tend to go above my calorie limit on these days, but try to make sure the day doesn't exceed 1,500-2,000

If it's carbs you're craving, maybe add croutons or crackers to your salad (if you don't already) get some fat in there by adding nuts, seeds, or a light amount of creamy dressing. Salads can be a great way to fit in all sorts of nutrients, and you can get all your macros.

I'm actually pretty sedentary, I work a desk job. I try to go out and walk a 2-3 miles a day a few times a week, though.
