  • It could certainly be that. I developed bad symptoms when consuming dairy, and now I have cut it out I feel so much better! I notice that i am not as bloated either.
  • I do 1 30 minute cycle. 3 35-45 minute sessions. an hour of walking a day, 5 days a week minimum and extra walks on the weekend. I also add in zumba or a dance dvd if I have the time.

  • I agree with the above - you need to enjoy it to be able to continue with it - as after the 30 days or whatever the course length is, you wont stop and do nothing! you keep going! :)

  • When i first lost weight using Slimming World, with no exercise I found that my boobs did get smaller. Since calorie counting and using weights as well as circuits work outs, they have stayed the same, and have infact gained a cupsize due to back getting smaller! I think it can also depend on the person!

  • The best way I have found is not to diet, just improve the way I eat. I walk lots, and I gym twice/three times a week and have found this has made me slimmer, and lost more fat that just food eating alone. I do calorie count too, which took a while to get used too, but it just means eating healthier foods.
  • I eat as soon as I get home (10 min walk from my gym to my house) normally chicken as the protein will keep my muscles healthy etc. I personally don't eat anything right before the gym, it makes me feel sick, particularly first thing in the morning.
