I workout 3-5 times a week and I've been doing my best to eat 1,200 calories per day.. Sometimes I go to bed hungry. I'm just on the beginning of my journey. If things start to get difficult to keep up with I'll definitely ad some extra calories. I know the holidays are coming and as much as I don't want to I'll end up…

You've got a good point. I love this app.. I've been learning so much with comments like yours. Thanks! :)

I like the swimming idea! I'll may try it this week.

Very nice  I've been practicing Yoga twice a week and I really enjoy it. I have to work on my breakfast cause I eat 400 calories and I have to go to bed hungry sometimes. Thank you for the tips!

It's ok to feel fear but we cannot let it guide us. These kind of thoughts come to my mind sometimes but I just focus on the future reward and I do my best to enjoy the journey. We can do it

I know the feeling. But let's keep our minds focused on the future reward that will come by Spring. Also let's enjoy the journey of becoming healthier and achieve our full potencial. It will be good for myself as well as an example to my family that may get motivated to do the same.

I'm with you ;) And I've been thinking about it for awhile. In order to achieve my goal by my birthday next year I must stay on track every week. Otherwise it will not happen. I think about the future reward for staying on track. It keeps me motivated
