i quit smoking(for ever) and alcohol(for a while) and started exercise!! Believe me thats not easy!! every 5 min i want to just have 1 deep puff of a smoke!! So here is the motivation: ice cream is not as addictive as nicotine ..so have a scoop and go run!! :)

i quit smoking and alcohol and just started exercising after a long long time..!! 220LB now.. target 200 by year end! Lets see!! :smile:
