Need some motivation

I know may sound stupid but all I want to do right now is eat ice cream :( I need some motivational thoughts not to right now!!

    I'm right there with you! I keep thinking of how much time I'd have to spend on the bike/treadmill/rowing machine to burn that many calories. Not worth it tonight.

    i quit smoking(for ever) and alcohol(for a while) and started exercise!! Believe me thats not easy!! every 5 min i want to just have 1 deep puff of a smoke!! So here is the motivation: ice cream is not as addictive as nicotine ..so have a scoop and go run!! :)

    I quit smoking September last year. I tried to lose weight at the same time. I was advised however not to. Quitting smoking is the sole most important thing you have to do in your life.
    Because it will kill you if you don't. Don't take chances to jeopardise this attept.
    I waited 6 months and started losing when I had no cravings anymore. I've lost all the weight I had to lose plus the weight I gained during quitting.
    If you have to choose at any point - have ice cream! Never take another puff!

    OP, why don't you get some low fat icecream and eat it? I have some in my freezer and 100gr (which is a lot but note it is gram not ml) is only 130cals. Not so bad!
