  • I have the gear s3 and it syncs fine. Make sure to enable the step tracking in the mfp app. I actually turned off the step tracking because I did not like the amount of calories it told me I burned and added to my available for the day. I now track steps on watch and exercises and just log the exercises in mfp.

  • Water i forget to log, I usually consume approximately 60-100 oz of water. I know water is my weak point but i cannot drink all day long with my job, so i drink 16oz in the morning, 16 oz at lunch, and i try to fill my 32 oz growler atleast 2x in the evenings
