I'm mostly vegetarian and I understand the struggle. Especially staying within calorie range since nonanimal protein can more caloric. In addition to above I find veggie burgers/premade vegitarian meat alternatives to be quite good. Tons of variety too. They're a bit high in sodium but a lifesaver when I don't want to cook.

Similar too! Looking to mostly tone up though. I love cheese, carbs, and alcohol way too much >:) :'( . I'm mostly vegetarian and need to log my foods rigorously to meet my protein goals. Strong curves is a great program for toning :). Feel free to add if you want :)

I'm currently doing strong curves on and have noticed some increase albeit minor. But its all up to genetics how fast you'll grow. But you won't regret following the programs in it :)
