Kind of weird, but last night I noticed how soft my elbows are now. I'm going to say 11 cups of water a day plus healthy fats in my diet may get the credit. Also, my face doesn't break out any more. Yay!

I start typing responses to threads offering advice, then delete my answers half way through. I've lost 20 lbs since October, but I don't feel like I know enough to offer sound advice.

We love Halo Top, but we thought Artic Zero tasted like disappointment. The lemon cake halo top doesn't taste very lemony to me. It just tasted like vanilla icecream. Oatmeal cookie is my favorite and I loved their mint chocolate chip even though I don't like mint chocolate chip icecream.
