At 64 years old it gets harder and harder to do the things I used to do - my goal for the next few years is to find what works best for me and to listen to my body - having 4 beautiful grandkids I want to be able to run and play with them :)

I really like Jessica Smith too - and you can also find some workouts from Leslie Samson - I used to belong to gym but that was costing too much for yearly fees - I have been working out at home for 3 years now and most of my workouts are from YouTube - there are lots available to choose from
