For me it might be true. My husband set to lose .5lbs a week. I set out to lose at least 2lbs a week. He lost 20lbs within 6 months (he has an active job also) and I lost 5 and gained 20lbs more after giving up. He thinks the answer is exercise and not setting your goals too high.

Adipex/ phentermine really worked for me and fast. I lost 50 pounds in less than six months easily after giving birth. It's definitely a bad idea long term though. It can make you kind of edgy and irritable too.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I became hospitalized over hyponatremia(low sodium). My sodium went from 134 to 120 in a matter of days. My blood pressure was also high. Appetite suppressant work for a time but can screw up your nervous system. Sugar free jello or halo top is good for your sweet tooth. Also fat free hot chocolate. Keeping busy physically can make you forget your hungry or talking to someone on the phone or in person.
