I don't have the premium version. I don't see anything related to breastfeeding under the goals tab (I opened all the tabs in there and didn't see it anywhere. ) Is it hiding some place else?

Thank you. Instead of having it set to "lose 1.5 lbs a week", should I set it for maintenance or lose .5 a week?

Thank you both. I'll get a scale soon. I just feel stuck. After my first child, the weight fell off and by my 6 week post partum appointment, I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight. This is my second and completely different.

I don't weigh, but I measure it ( cup, tablespoons and such.) I don't have a scale.
