Ace, cheers guys. I actually find it harder to hit my carb goals than the other 2 so cutting out certain things makes it soo hard! On my bulk it was hell hitting carbs as I could just never eat enough! I'm set at maintenance for now, and will drop down slowly over next few weeks... Hopefully won't go back to being a twig

I only gained 20lb carrying my twins and they were both 6lb at 36weeks...add cheese to everything, drink whole milk and snack on nuts and dried fruits ☺ I used to eat chocolate mousse with everything as a dip like ketchup

Great thread. I'm constantly worried I will just get fat on a bulk because I find gaining muscle so hard! I lift as heavy as I can keeping good form for reps between 8-10 mostly and some drop sets. I'm pretty sure I'm working as hard as I can safely without a spotter, I couldn't go heavier without upsetting my form anyway…

Yes love Pauline, I did build and burn a year ago but I just couldn't stick to her diet, too much veg for me and I felt constantly tired...but her workouts are awesome and I still implement some elements into my own plans. ☺
