Are u able to take some time off - like 4-5 days to try to get back on track. I think getting up early as recommended above and functioning all day and Not going to sleep until 9-10 is a good start... I dont and havent ever suffered from insomnia but my sister struggles with it so i know its so frustrating... good luck!

They are gigantic LOL my sister in law just had a 9 lbs 12 oz .. mine were 8.6 9.8 and 7.12 (i had gestational diabetes for the 7.12 thats the only reason she wasnt huge) ... im quite short so i really just assumed they would be small. My other aister in law had peanuts around 6lbs.. its crazy!

@trigden1991 not cut out completely... just not added sugars. I still have yogurts and fruits and stuff... i just wont have desserts or add sugar in my coffee... it is still in my diet. Just not extra sugar.

Thanks. I dont feel hungry before bed because we eat so late so its hard to know if i should have more. Yeah the main site didnt have it either. And if i enter the exercise (actuve minutes) for the calories burned- it looks ridiculous and i dont know how accurate. The fitbit itself seems more accurate for what calories are remaining vs what i burned so i have just been looking at that instead. But seeing no exercise on mfp…

I do take 20 mg of amitriptyline (spelling?) but i have been on that dose for two years. I have xanax too cause stress brings them on so with the two i havent had issues. I drink my cup with water and lemon all day. I probably fill it 5 or 6 times ... i have gotten headaches when i dont do it. But lately i even amped it up. I didnt change my caffeine either. Ive been having 2-3 cups of it black which is no did than before... my physical isnt for a month. I dont think i can wait that long…

Have you looked into your insurance? Some have the option to get gyms authorized... your doc may have to write a note but the ymca may have the ability to use your insurance.. just a thought
