You don’t need as much protein as you have listed at your current weight...229 grams isn’t needed. Feel free to get that much if you want, however, you could eat quite a bit less, say 170 grams, which would allow for more carbs if you’d like.

This! 45% protein isn’t needed. Get .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight and .4 grams of fat per pound of body weight. Fill in the rest with carbs if you choose, or you could have more fat/protein if you’d like.

Another vote for Quest....chocolate chip cookie dough in the microwave for about 7 seconds is heaven on earth! RX bars are probably the “healthiest” I’ve had, as the bars are pretty much egg whites, dates, and nuts....but they are lower in protein (like 12 grams vs a typical bar that has 20 grams)
