You will do great! You are right on track, seriously don't worry about your weight. You walk as fast as I do, and I am 124lbs and I run, so the next step for you is to just start running, little spurts and slow at first, but that's how we all started! I agree with others, just open that app and try it out, it's a tiny step…

Hi, I'm up bright and early every weekday morning (3:45 am currently) so feel free to add me and we can chat in the mornings if you need motivation! I live in FL so honestly working out that early is so much more enjoyable, plus it is so relaxing and I feel good about myself the rest of the day, even if I just go back to…

@MJT2021 someone else kind of mentioned it, but since you are only looking to lose a few more pounds you might actually be happier with the results from a recomp instead. That would be where you eat at maintenance or a very slight deficit and build muscle and minimize body fat (as opposed to a specific weight loss/a number…

There are some super awesome cold brew selections in the creamer cooler of the grocery stores. They are cold, plus have have a very smooth taste and are less acidic than traditional brew so supposedly easier on stomachs. They have both flavored and unflavored, there are even nitrogen infused cold brews! You can make your…

I like to alternate  It helps me be able to do more days in a row and go full force every time because I can do a level 1 full force when I'm sore and tired or a level 4 full force if I am feeling good.

@pondee629 thanks, that's okay you don't have to time it if you don't want. I just wanted a general idea of what you are all doing.

@wellnesschaser I know I loved that yoga part! I definitely still loved the work out and had fun, I really like the ab parts too. I recently bought her yoga DVD, if you liked that little bit at the beginning you would love it! It's a pretty standard yoga flow but she takes it up a notch so you get an awesome work out. It's…

Hah you are going to laugh, I actually get everything except sour cream (I hate sour cream). So all the salsas, lettuce, guac, roasted veggies etc. I don't usually get cheese, but it's really good in it. I like all the meats to and get a different one each time. If you think that warm/wilted lettuce is gross then you could…

I get extremely hungry the week before, but I also get a huge boost in energy and motivation for some reason. I just eat as much as I want as long as it's healthy foods, and work out super hard. I continue to track my calories but don't worry if I go over. I have always lost weight- permanent pounds, not water weight-after…

If you are the type of person that gets paranoid about a weight gain from a meal that didn't even put you over on calories you should not be weighing yourself daily or you will set yourself up for disappointment. Weigh yourself weekly instead, and look at monthly trends, weight fluctuates up and down naturally and it's…

27 and feel the same way already. Ugh I feel like I might as well be thirty!! My goal is definitely to be in better shape at thirty than my entire life, hopefully it will ease my fear of aging!! Feel free to add me.

I heat mine up, every time. Lettuce and guacamole and all! I actually like it even better the second time around

Another vote for Good Ol' Coffee!

I definitely didn't feel like the level 4 was the hardest level in RI30, did anyone else feel like that too? I mean it was heard, but I guess I found exercises in the 3rd level much harder.

Thank you so much! I will definitely keeping up on my strength stuff on my rest days (that's how my training program is set up, so that would mean 2 days a week I'll cross train), I'll make sure those are added in there though (the calf raises). I really appreciate the wisdom. I am both excited and nervous to see what…

I appreciate the honesty! I'm glad I'm not the only one that is blowing off stretching.
-
Thanks, I am pretty bad about stretching too, but until now I have only been running smaller distances, usually 2-3 miles. But since I'm going to be running longer I wanted to make an effort to stretch, if it's really important. I like yoga, so I think if it was sufficient I could get into the habit of running, then doing…

Do you also stick to about 10 minutes?
-
Thanks, do you usually just stretch your legs or is it a full body 10 min?

The head ache and fatigue goes away in a few days.

First HM October 29th, just started training last week.

If it was me I would switch gyms or workout times whatever the cost. Like you, I am too friendly at times leading to long drawn out conversations with people that you really weren't trying to be more than bare minimum friendly with... I think it usually goes hand in hand with the no confrontation thing. I would be too…

Oh I get RAVENOUS the week before my TOM, but I also have the most energy the week before my TOM so I just compensate by working out as hard as possible-weights and running in addition to my normal walks. I eat as much as I want as long as it's home made/healthy foods such as lean meats/veggies/whole grains and so far even…

@pkdragok most of us when first starting off with the site, focus more on calories in/calories out than our macros and types of food. Honestly for weight loss the calories are all that count, however that being said finding the right combination for you that works to keep you both full and energized within those calories…

I am right there with you! I have always had a healthy body weight, so it's never done me wrong either.

I've never understood why people so fiercely hate that people get sick from gluten or don't want to eat it, do you own stock in wonder bread?
-
Wow nice work!!! You have totally got this!! It might help to try mixing it up a little, you could try a new exercise like running or cycling or a workout program. Don't give up, we are all rooting for you, it may be harder now but it's so worth it.

Wow! Thats a great run  I did five yesterday and that's the farthest I've ever "ran" (in quotes because there was a lot of walking intervals involved lol!!). ahhh yes we miss the west coast, we have lived in California for my husband's job a few times! I miss the dry air haha. It really does not cool down here, even…

It is SO hard at that size and weight, that is where I started... a year ago... but I have slacked off a few times between then and now. I am 5'2.5" and I started focusing on losing weight when I was about 135lbs, and I am now 123. This is so slow because at this size/weight we have to be meticulous about weighing our food…
