Races that “Discourage” headphones or don’t allow them
I found a half marathon that I want to race in, and I was really excited until I read in the frequently asked Qs that headphones are “highly discouraged”. 30 Day Shred/ Ripped in 30
Hey, it’s been a while since I have seen one of these threads! Anyone want to do a round with me?! The DVDs are $10 in any Walmart or on iTunes. Add me if you do! When you miss a planned run...
Curious what other people do, do you tack the miles onto another run if you have already taken your rest days and try to still reach your goal for miles that week, or do you just skip that run/lose the miles.

Exercise and hunger

Ranch dip made with yogurt
Holy cow has anyone else tried this?!?! As a ranch fiend I just died and went to heaven. On another note I also tried the Halo Peanut butter cup flavor tonight and it was so good I ate the entire pint!!!! But it's okay because it was all within my calories :) plus it met my protein goal for the day, what a cool deal!

Runners, do you run when legs are sore?
Hi! I don't do strength exercises very often, so when I do I get very sore (even if it is not much of a workout). I am trying to start doing strength workouts more often, and yesterday I did some squats and lunges. My question is do my runner friends run if they have sore legs from a work out?
