My weight loss has been slow & steady, for the most part. Last week, I was at a stall. So I decided to incorporate IF, so my weight loss, after 30 days = 9.8lbs. Doing Keto before IF has made a big difference, for me...no hunger pains, no headaches. SW=252 lbs CW=242.2lbs Best to you!
