Water reminder app
Hi, Keto group. I am on Keto day 22. I had a quick question...anybody using a water reminder app? I use to use one that had a "plant" that would need to be watered, that help to stay on track. That was a long time and since removed it. I know my water intake is low. Thanks, Christina
