  • Thank you so much for the advice I have seen a doctor and he told me that people during diet often observe hairloss which is due to biotin deficiency vitamin b12 too. So I am taking biotin
  • I haven't taken any medicines without consulting a doctor. The doctor asked me to change my diet for a while and focus on maintaining weoght rather than loosing more. The dr has prescribed me to take biotin supplement which is good for hair and nails n skin as well
  • I have changed my diet patterns too now I am high on proteins and iron based items like spinach eggs chicken etc.

  • Yes I am seeing bald patches n yes the ponytail is getting thinner. I am using pure mustard oil. And I apply it for 2-3 hours after that I wash my hair n yes i do give a proper massage on. The hair as well as the scalp
