Whoo hoo, thanks ladies :) Can't wait to get to know you better!

I am coming back from a c-section and am smaller now than I was before I was pregnant. Try laying on the floor and grabbing a chair or someone's legs and then pull your legs up. I have been doing some Tae Bo, walking, and I ride horses. Also, try massage because that will help break up that scar tissue. Fair warning,…

I had the calorie problem, and you need to start eating most of those calories back, your body is in starvation mode! I know how hard it is to eat that many calories, so try things like nuts, avacados, eggs, dairy, and meat. These are higher calorie items that aren't just "junk." I also try to cut out processed foods. I…

Here are a couple things that might help: 1. How did you set up your weight loss per week? One pound, two pounds? MFP is already creating a deficit for you, meaning total calories your body requires for daily living minus a percentage of those calories to equal your daily allotted amount. 2. I have found that eating back…

Allison, have you taken your measurements? I have only lost about 4 pounds but have dropped 2 pant sizes.
-
I have lost about 32 pounds and have about 33 to go after having my little guy. I'll send you a request :)

Can someone please help me? I resized this but still can't get it smaller (there is one more pic to the right of what you can see!)
-
Thanks, I'll have to see if I can get some of this worked in!
-
I started gaining due to not eating back my calories, so this has been helping me out a lot!!!

I'm not the biggest peanut butter or avocado fan, but I can definitely try those! My hubby would love if I started incorporating both of those more often as they are his favorite! Would focusing on more protein be good? Beef, chicken, seafood, eggs?

My husband cowboys for a living so we get 1/2 a beef every six months. For 2 people and an infant, that is pretty darn hard to finish before the next 1/2 a beef comes.

I am going to have to take today as my rest day I think. I got super sunburned yesterday and can't hardly move :( Hopefully it will calm down a bit and i can work out this evening...

I weigh in on Mondays, and came in at 186.2, it is a .6 gain from last week, but I started Tae Bo and have been building muscle.
-
604 burned with my walk/run and 30 minutes of Tae Bo.
-
Sounds good, thanks!

868 burned today= 231 calories on a 50 minute hike (baby in front pouch) + 637 calories doing 45 minutes of Tae Bo

I am really goal-oriented, so i give myself lots of little rewards or fitness based rewards... 185 ItWorks Wrap (I would be a whole pant size smaller without the loose skin from having a baby 7 weeks ago) 180 Work out clothes (probably a great bra and/or yoga pants) 175 Cut/color (haven't had a cut since before the baby…

Hey everyone! I have continued doing my C25K and I added in Tae Bo this week (major calorie burner!!!) and came in with 3,521 in calories burnt by exercise.

Since Monday. I felt hungrier and didn't want to compromise my milk production, so I added a little more protien and then an extra salad or smoothie.

Hey everyone, my name is Jess and I am a 24 year old new mommy who lives with her husband on a ranch in Oregon. I was heavy before I got pregnant, so my goal has been to loose the baby weight and get back down around 150. It has been a little slow do to an emergency csection but i am making progress. In 7 weeks I have gone…

This is so true! Even when I'm "in shape" I still have quite a bit of curve to me, and that's part of what attracted my husband to me. He didn't want a girl who he felt like he would snap like a twig when he touched her. That being said, he has never been intimidated by me loosing weight or doing other things that make me…

I've been burning over 500 a day this week, let's see if I can keep it up for this challenge :)
-
Over 2000 burned walking, running, and doing tae bo this week so far!!!

Sent friend request :)

Well I just did W3D1 yesterday and I have to tell you, every time I go out, I love it more! I have no idea what kind of mileage I'm getting since I am just using my stop watch and running on random dirt roads here at the ranch. It gets easier though! My corgi always goes with me plus some combination of my husband's 3…

My hubby's 2 working dogs (he cowboys) are Tuffy (1/2 McNab and 1/2 Hanging Tree) and Junior (1/2 Red Heeler and 1/2 Australian Sheperd). Our ***** for our breeding program with Tuffy is Andi (Full Hanging Tree). Then I have my house, truck, performing/booth dog Claude (Pembroke Corgi).

We train, breed, and sell dogs. My husband uses our dogs day in and day out to work cows. The biggest thing is additional exercise. You have to remember that most dog breeds were refined for a specific working purpose, but in today's world, many don't do what years of genetic refining has designed them for. The mental…

So my little guy is 6 weeks old as well and I am someone who has a lot harder time than most loosing weight. We went through pretty nasty emergency csection, but I was cleared by my doctor to do what I did/am doing. I was about 180 pre-baby and 215 right before I had him. I'm currently down to 185 in the last 6 weeks. My…
