Mold in your body? No, no, no

I love, love salt too. That was 1 of the many ways they diagnosed my Addisons Disease. I take medication and still love salt. Like you BP is perfect/low. I feel, if my body says I need salt, I probably do.

Have you used your Atlas since this post? Mine works flawlessly. They are also coming out with a daily tracker (think Fitbit) with a built in Coach.

In closing, i am in no way affiliated with the company, I am strictly a consumer, but have been a weight lifter for 30 years off and on depending on my work schedule. I take it seriously, and Atlas has made it an exciting, rewarding and fun experience. Im looking forward to giving my fitbit away, as I have pre-ordered the…

The only thing I would add is, I have never had better customer support in my life. He is a class act, and knows his product(s) too a T.

This is what the Atlas Wearables looks like and does. I love with mine, and will never be without it. I'll pull up the brand new Atlas Shape and share that as well, but, they are brand new and won't be shipping until next month.

It's subtracting exercise calories instead of adding them again....pita It is not holding on to the steps
-
They are not connected, they are strictly fitness related.
-
When I get home to my PC, I'll show you what the Atlas does.
-
The Atlas Wearables is, check it out. It's impressive, I've had mine for a year and a half, so I know what I am talking about.

I seen a soda addict quit by adding water to his soda, gradually at 1st, and then increasing the water to soda ratio....he is now soda free
-
Mine did the same yesterday, today it corrected itself right before my eyes. Might want to look again. :D

I love my Charge HR, but for actual workout routines, nothing will beat my Atlas Wearables. I've worked out off and on for 30 years, and it's everything I could have ever wanted. Next month, they are coming out with an Atlas Shape, which will replace my Fitbit completely. The Atlas Wearables tracks my exercise, counts my…

What do you know, my diary just corrected itself right before my eyes :D

CharlieBeansmom Tracey I understand that, but yesterday I walked nearly 10,000 steps and burned somewhere around 400 calories exercising. Yesterday my app subtracted my exercise calories from my food, instead of adding them. Very strange for sure.
-
My app is adding my exercise calories to my food today, all kinds of messed up
-
As long as you burn more calories than you eat, you will loose weight. It's totally a math thing. Exercise is for your body shaping.
-
54, totally possible
-
Great post

I have a Vitamix, and a Ninja. Vitamix is so superior that nothing could possibly compare.
-
Totally worth it

Calories, weight loss is about calories in vs out

Cream cheese and pickle rolled up in ham

Why do you want to eat right and workout? There is your answer.

I'm having no luck syncing S Health with any other app. Even though they are connected.

What motivates me is how I look and feel because I do it. A self love kind if thing. I don't go to the gym, I do it all within the confines of my home. I do it for me.
-
I love the motivation my Fitbit Charge 2 gives me. I love the information and knowledge I get from it.
-
Your strength is to be admired. Good luck on your journey, because, you deserve it.
-
Your body burns calories even if you did nothing but lay in bed. That is where your 187 came from.
-
I've had mine since Christmas, and also have a workout tracker that is extremely accurate. They are both comparable. I love my Charge 2 for motivation and sync it to MFP, between the two I have great information at my disposal. I think if you get 1 you won't be sorry.
