I would like to join, but I'm not sure how. I'm a mom of two boys...ages 15 and 5. My weight as of this morning is 216.2, and my goal weight is either 130 or 135...I can't remember. I don't struggle with healthy eating. Rather, it is exercise. I'm working on it though...to make exercise my friend instead of my enemy.
