I have been in a real slump this weekend - no exercise and very few steps. I did a lot of meal prepping today - decided to do that instead of exercise. I feel like I am set up for the week and now just need to get my body moving again. Goals for tomorrow: 1. Workout in the morning 2. Walk at lunch 3. Drink 100oz

I have a Peloton membership. I love it!! I do mostly the running or walk/run or power walk workouts. They are coach led programs so yes, the coach leads us through the workout letting us know when to run, sprint and recover. I highly recommend it.

It is so ridiculously cold! And it’s going to be like this the rest of the week!

Work is a real challenge this week - it’s so busy with not a lot of breaks. Combined with the -36 degree weather it’s tough to get steps in. Just a tough week all around. My goal is to stay within calorie goal and drink 80oz of water every day to try and win this week!
