This is incredible Mari! To be walking faster then you ran it several years ago is a huge accomplishment. That’s a real sign of positive healthy change!

Since I’ve been working from home during the pandemic I have way more energy for working out which gives me more energy through the day. Now I just need to work on determination levels. I have all the motivation to work out but it’s having strong determination to do it everyday.

haha! Thanks. I have a Peloton membership which includes running and boot camp classes. I really love my Peloton membership. These last couple of days though I haven’t been feeling like exercising at all. Giving myself a break today and will get back at it tomorrow and the weekend.

Linda - you have had more than your fair share this week. 2020 has been the crappiest year so far but I think its important we continue to try and focus on ourselves amid all of the challenges life is throwing at us. I had a lot of chocolate yesterday myself but today is a new day for me also. We can get through this!!

So great to come on here at the end of a long day and see so many supportive, positive messages. Today was a tough day self isolation wise. I need some fresh air and sunshine but it’s been cold, snowy and cloudy here all week. Tough day today so thanks for all of the awesome posts to raise my spirits!
