    I hope this is the kick in the pants I needed to stop my crazy Saturday eating. I had lost for 4 weeks in a row and now I have undone that weight loss. If I don’t smarten up this weekend you all have permission to kick me in the butt. As for walking, I am expecting a package again today so if it gets here early enough I am going to try for 5km again today.

    Today’s goals
    1. Walk 5km
    2. Tai chi
    3. stay within calorie goal
    4. log all food
    5. Walk 11000 (I will try my best, it is getting really tough to do the higher numbers in the challenge)

    I feel like I’m slowly regaining some modicum of control over my life. Baby steps!

    Goals for today:

    Exercise bike 30 min—already done
    Walk this afternoon even if just a stroll with the baby
    Log everything and stay under calories
    1 minute plank
    Sew at least one more mask

    Today's To Do List --
    do exercise, drink all water, be mindful of food choices
    Receive grocery order, sanitize, wash fruit & veg, put all away

    Not much going on today. Would like to go out but it still too dang cold!! Groceries are scheduled to deliver around 5 pm so will need to take care of that. That's about it for today. Maybe I'll see if there is a comedy movie that looks interesting.

    Here are the goals I shared this morning and how I did on them.

    Goals for today:

    Exercise bike 30 min—already done ✅
    Walk this afternoon even if just a stroll with the baby—no walk but got out and did a lot of yard work, so I’m counting that ✅
    Log everything and stay under calories✅
    1 minute plank. Not yet.
    Sew at least one more mask✅

    Exercise: I’m not doing the step challenge but I’ve gotten over 12k today
    Water: better, but not enough

    Hello team! After a very crap week dealing with a UTI and some tummy issues I’ve managed to come in with a loss. I hope this isn’t just due to my health problems but also because I made a little more effort this week with my eating habits. I started back on IF 16:8 on Tuesday after a weekend of over indulging and a huge spike on the scale. I put my foot down and said ok that’s it no more of this nonsense. I’ve stuck with IF and started logging everything in my diary. The good the bad and the ugly. I’ve stayed on top of my water intake and have been sticking to my 5K every morning this week. 7/7 days of workouts for this week. I hope I can keep this up. The weekend is here and it’s when I struggle the most. I need to really make a little more effort when it comes to food choices. I do very good with my meals but the snacking has gotten out of control again. I need to go back to my better snacking habits I had before the lockdown. I’m getting there. Fingers crossed this downward trend continues ❤️

    My main goal today is to get through it without a repeat of last Saturday. I am about to go to the supermarket and I am determined not to bring the snacks in the house.

    2. Walk 5.5 km min (did 5.37km yesterday)
    3. Walk minimum 11,500 steps
    4. Ensure I drink 8 cups of water
