Amazing!!! Oh God! A chocolate factory tour! Good luck! A friend came over for a visit on our holiday. Had some dreaded baked goods and a couple of sangria drinks. Gotta get back on track today! This group is amazing. It’s helped me stay on track and at least maintain rather than gain too much!

I’m on day 3 of vacation and I’m not hitting all of the goals I set out to. Need to drink more water. The heat and humidity in Ontario is tough for water retention.
