I looked for eggs in grams on the database. Egg whites per 100 grams was the only thing I could find. Apart from some other generic entry. But it didn't specify weather it was raw or cooked per 100 grams. What do you use in the data base?

I can't function without breakfast. I normally have a mug of coffee and something light to eat. I then have a snack mid morning. If I don't have a breakfast I'm normally starving by lunch.

I only eat mine back if I'm hungry. I just make sure I eat enough to get my 1200 net. The only time I don't do that is on a saterday night. On saterday I like to go to the pub for a drink or two with some freinds. I make sure I walk there to get extra steps in and I have all my exercise callories.

Someone once told me that if i choose to eat low fat products my body will loose it's ability to brake down fats. When I eat "normaly" all the weight will pile back on again because my body won't be able to break down the fat.

I am right in thinking I would eat back exersise calories as well as 1860? Or just 1860?

Thanks for the advice guys I really appricate it. So far I have just been making healthy choices but I crashed and burned at the end of last week and ate a load of food. So I guess I must have been eating too low callorie. So I'm going to start logging tomorrow to see how many callories I'm eating.

Yeah it's a really good tool. Some day's I am more hungry than others. In the end it all balances out.

Oh sorry i should have specified. I'm a 5"1 female but I have a very active job, my fit bit records on average anything from 14 to 20 thousand steps a day depending on how busy I am.

Mpf gives me 1610 calls for 1lbs and 1860 for 0.5 lbs a week. I'm going to try 1610 and see what happens. Both is okay provided I don't go below 1200 net cals?
