Maybe try sticking with protein only in the mornings and see if that helps. Have you tried skipping breakfast all together? I have found that does wonders for me with keeping my blood sugar stable till lunch.

I'm in the same boat. I got to a point where I wanted to start incorporating weights at home. I have been looking for dumbbells EVERYWHERE with no luck. I had no idea there was a dumbbell shortage.... 🙄

Do you check your chicken with a meat thermometer? Chicken should not be dry unless it is overcooked. Same goes for pork.
