Take this time to focus on eating and don't worry about exercise? A broken ankle is a tough one. Consider Contrave? I just started it....trying to use it to help me get better eating habits...I am 260, this is the first time I have tried a drug to help. I have failed every other time. An idea.

I am on week two now. Back to logging and exercising. A little bit of nausea and some sleep issues. We will see where this lands. Anyone else taking it feel free to friend me, I would enjoy the Comradery.
