Thanks for making me think about my goals. I haven't established any goals else than losing weight. So here it is for 2017: 1-Eat healthy and reach my calorie goal "almost" everyday. I love pumpkin or sunflower seeds. The flavored ones like pickles or spicy. The fact that you can eat them slowly makes your snack last longer. They are high in calories so you don't want to eat more than half a cup. Pumpkin seeds are high in magnesium which boost your metabolism.
