I need to do this as well. I do great for a few days, then backslide for a month. I am stuck at 165 at 5'9, so 20 pounds down would put me at goal weight. Lets do this ladies, we can do anything we set our minds too.

To run for 30 minutes straight. I just had carpal tunnel surgery, so strength is out.

I like insanity, turbo jam, and body beast. There's free videos on YouTube that you might like too.

Maybe see a doctor. There are some stretches you can do, and roll a half frozen water bottle with your foot. I have had issues with my feet, and when there's a flare up, I cycle and do pilates. Upper body strength training as well.

I agree. I would stop sugar right now. That would really help. so would ditching refined carbs, like white bread and sugary cereals. Walk more, maybe get a pedal exerciser, that you can sit and cycle while watching tv. REally though, medical professionals can really help alot.
