    Hello ... Would be great to lose 20 by Feb 1.

    I'm down 95 pounds from 4 years ago when I started my weight loss journey. Took me a while ! Learned a lot !

    My SW for this is 160. My GW is 135.

    @ airstruck - I lost my first 20 by doing 8000 steps a day. I did it while I was at work on all three of my breaks and by counting calories. 10,000 is a great step goal!

    I only cooked them because I had potatoes in my fridge growing eyes. Time to go. Hubby is type 1 diabetic, we never eat potatoes.
